How we deliver

Delivery methods

We work with three trusted delivery services:

CDEK — fast and reliable. Delivery to pick-up points and by courier to your door. Terms: 2-7 days depending on region.

Boxberry — wide network of pick-up points across Russia. Convenient to collect at the nearest point. Terms: 3-8 days.

Russian Post — delivery to any point in the country, including remote regions. Terms: 7-14 days depending on remoteness.

Delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order. It depends on your region, chosen service, and parcel weight.


How we pack

We pack each piece by hand. Without plastic, without excess. In kraft paper that protects the piece in transit and is eco-friendly.

Inside — the piece itself, neatly folded. No extra inserts, brochures, advertising leaflets. Only what you came for. Purity and respect.

Each package is checked before shipping. We make sure the piece inside is in perfect condition, that packaging reliably protects it from damage in transit.


Delivery steps

Step 1: Order placement
You choose the piece, size, delivery method. Pay online (card, SBP, other methods). Receive confirmation by email.

Step 2: Check and packaging
We check the piece again (yes, even though it's already passed seven control stages). Pack by hand. This takes 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Transfer to delivery service
We send the parcel to your chosen service. You receive a tracking number by email and can track the parcel's movement in real time.

Step 4: In transit
The parcel is on its way to you. Terms depend on region and delivery service. We monitor each shipment — if something goes wrong, we contact you first.

Step 5: Receipt
You collect the parcel at the pick-up point or receive from courier. Be sure to check the piece upon receipt. If something's wrong — we'll resolve the issue immediately.


Delivery times

Times depend on your region and chosen service:

Moscow and Moscow region:
CDEK courier — 1-2 days
CDEK pick-up point — 1-3 days
Boxberry — 2-4 days

St. Petersburg and Leningrad region:
CDEK — 2-4 days
Boxberry — 3-5 days
Russian Post — 5-10 days

Major cities (Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, etc.):
CDEK — 3-5 days
Boxberry — 4-6 days
Russian Post — 7-12 days

Remote regions:
CDEK — 5-7 days
Boxberry — 6-8 days
Russian Post — 10-14 days

These are approximate times. You'll see the exact delivery time when placing your order.


Delivery cost

Cost is calculated automatically and depends on:

  • Your region
  • Chosen delivery service
  • Parcel weight (one t-shirt is lighter than a sweatshirt)

Approximate prices:

Moscow: from 200 ₽ (CDEK pick-up) to 400 ₽ (CDEK courier)
St. Petersburg: from 250 ₽ to 450 ₽
Major cities: from 300 ₽ to 500 ₽
Remote regions: from 400 ₽ to 700 ₽

Free delivery

For orders over 15,000 ₽ — free delivery across Russia. Any service, any region.


Order tracking

As soon as we ship the parcel, you'll receive:

  • Email with tracking number
  • Link to tracking in the delivery service system
  • Notifications about status changes (shipped, in transit, arrived at pick-up point)

You always know where your parcel is.


Returns and exchanges

We understand: sometimes the size doesn't fit, the shade looks different than on screen, or you just changed your mind. That's normal.

Return conditions:

  • 28 days from receipt
  • Item in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags)
  • Packaging preserved

How to return:

  1. Write to us at help@avvaken.ru
  2. Describe the reason for return
  3. We'll send you instructions and return address
  4. Send the item back (return shipping cost is yours, unless it's our mistake)
  5. After receiving and checking the item, we'll refund money within 14 days

Exchange:
If you need a different size or color — write. We'll organize an exchange quickly and without unnecessary procedures.

Our mistake:
If we sent the wrong size, defective item, or something went wrong on our end — we take full responsibility for costs. Return shipping, new shipment, refund — all at our expense.

Important points

Check upon receipt
Be sure to check the item upon receipt, without leaving the pick-up point or courier. If something's wrong — contact us immediately. We'll resolve quickly.

Save packaging
If you're planning a possible return — save the packaging. This will speed up the process.

Track your parcel
Follow the status in tracking. If the parcel doesn't move for a long time — write to us, we'll sort it out with the delivery service.

Delays
Sometimes there are delays due to weather, holidays, service overload. We monitor each shipment and warn if something's not going according to plan.


International delivery

For now we deliver only across Russia. But we're working on expansion. If you're outside Russia and really want AVVAKEN — write to us. Perhaps we'll find a solution.


Our guarantee

We do everything to make delivery fast, safe, and comfortable. But if something went wrong — we're on your side. Item damaged in transit? We'll replace. Parcel lost? We'll send a new one. Size doesn't fit? We'll exchange or refund.
